7reels Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read and understand these terms before using the 7reels platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 7reels platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of this Platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use following the publication of any amendment to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 years of age and above and above only. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into this agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Users found to hold multiple accounts may be subject to suspension or closure without prior notice, and any associated balance may be forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and up to date. 7reels reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your account password confidential at all times.
- Ensuring no third party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notify the support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring all information in your account profile remains accurate and up to date.
The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 7reels Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods or unauthorised cards is strictly prohibited.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.
- The Platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing where suspicious activity or activity in breach of these Terms is under investigation.
- Any taxes or fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers are solely the user's responsibility.
Any transaction history found to involve fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse may result in account freezing and referral to the relevant authorities.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 7reels Platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of the Platform's systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or Platform offers through dishonest or prohibited methods.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful activity, including financial fraud or money laundering.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel within the Platform.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, or appropriate legal action. The Platform reserves the right to make the final decision on such matters.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7reels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss. Users access the Platform at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7reels Platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 7reels or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 7reels is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are encouraged to review the relevant terms and policies of those services before using them.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
7reels reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed at the user's request, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the required identity verification. Where closure results from a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
Changes to the Terms
7reels reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
